Hi everyone. I’m Lena Kovalchuk. The organizer of this  game.

I’ll tell you about myself.

I was born at the edge of the Earth, in the Far North, in Norilsk.

My childhood was like this.

Every evening there was a crowd in the yard! Kids of all ages raced down the ice hill, built snowmen, threw snowballs. Our means of communication was either a note on the door or a shout from the yard " Lenaaa!!! Come out and play"

School..

Operation “Sukharik,” the paper drive, mentoring veterans! Constant communication with peers, class visits to each other’s homes. Tea parties after class. And talking, talking, talking.

Youth

In 10th grade, my classmates and I played KVN. My cherished dream was to someday at least stand next to those guys from TV. Time passed, and as I stood at the music festival in Jurmala with my team, tears of happiness streamed down my cheeks at the feeling that dreams come true! So many new acquaintances, so many important encounters.

University is a separate life in a new city, new friends, new discoveries. That was when I realized I wanted to bring interesting people together. I started organizing youth festivals, student gatherings, archaeological expeditions, and I was good at it.

Adulthood

I married a Ukrainian, gave birth to a wonderful son, and moved to live in Kyiv.

Here I built a  company "Happy faces". People still recall that first project with gratitude today. I brought the world-renowned Dr. Michel Odent to Kyiv, and that event led to many positive  changes  in the field of obstetrics in Ukraine.

I love real-life conversations with interesting people, but recently I caught myself thinking that the world has changed — we have buried ourselves in our phones and social media and become virtual.

So I came up with this evening. An evening of pleasant introductions and intellectual leisure, team play and a cheerful mood.

Let’s try to communicate, get to know each other, talk while looking into each other’s eyes, and not into a phone.

Come to our games — at the very least it will be  fun, and at most you will gain new knowledge and friends!
